Founded in 2001, SOLE ENERGY TECH CO., LTD. is mainly specialized in R&D and production of high-capacity Smart Battery Pack. Among the 400-plus battery pack manufacturers in the world SOLE ENERGY TECH CO., LTD. is one of the very few that have the ability to design and produce battery pack for notebook computers. It was also the first in Taiwan to become an OEM battery pack manufacturer for a Japanese notebook brand.
A technology-oriented battery pack manufacturer
SOLE ENERGY TECH CO., LTD. was formerly the Battery Pack Module Department of SOLOMON TECH CO., LTD. Since 1988 when it became a distributor of Toshiba battery it has received technical support from Toshiba on the design of battery and battery pack. It also engaged in technical exchanges with E-ONE MOLI ENERGY CO., LTD. and SANYO on the design and manufacturing of battery pack. R&D and technical employees account for as high as 30% of itĄ¯s entire staff (beeline personnel not included). It, as a result, has become the first non-Japanese battery pack manufacturer with the capability to design and produce Li-polymer battery pack for notebooks. Its vast clientele includes leading domestic and international brands and OEM notebook manufacturers such as Apple, SANYO, Samsung, Quanta Computer Inc and Wistron.

The scope of our business centers on battery pack ODM services, including the development, design and production of Lithium-ion battery pack and Li-polymer battery pack. We also undertake our clientĄ¯s projects for development of new power system for new applications. Our products include notebook battery pack; consumer electronic appliance battery pack; such as MP3 battery pack, digital camera battery pack and mobile phone battery pack; commercial-/industrial-purpose PDA battery pack, portable barcode scanner battery pack; and battery pack for domestic/international defense industries.
